RULES: Community Sponsored Promo Nodes & Giveaways
– Promotional* Nodes: Devices consigned, discounted, or provide free to the user based on criteria that meets the needs of the community mesh (not a contest). Users agree to maintain promotional value on the promo node device.
– Promotional* Giveaways: Devices won by random drawing of online registrations (No Purchase Necessary / see Sweepstakes). Winners agree to maintain the promotional value of the promo node device.

*Promotional Value – Devices must maintain the long name that includes the MeshMap.me/(community)0000 url and must be accurately listed with acceptable obscurity in the Mesh Directory with the objective to grow the sponsoring community mesh and the mesh directory.

PRODUCT LIABILITY WAIVER / HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: Wherein MeshMap.Me, AnaWaze Media, LLC and it’s affiliated herein the Distributer and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Buyer knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assumes all risks associated with the use, operation, consumption, handling, or storage of the Products. The Buyer hereby releases, waives, acquits, and forever discharges the Distributor, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damages, lawsuits, or liabilities arising out of or related to:
– Product Defects: Any actual or alleged defects in the design, manufacture, materials, or workmanship of the Products.
– Property Damage: Any damage to real or personal property caused by the use, malfunction, or failure of the Products.
– Personal Injury: Any bodily injury, illness, disease, or death resulting directly or indirectly from the use or consumption of the Products.

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The PROMO NODE GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees of AnuWaze Media, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on [TBD Date] at [Start Time, 12:00 AM EST] and ends on [TBD Date] at [End Time, 11:59 PM CST] (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter:

4. Prize Drawing & Odds: On or about [TBD Date], the Sponsor will select the potential winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification & Verification: Potential winners will be notified via Email within five (5)] days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or claim the prize within seven (7) days, or fails to sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prizes: The prize(s) consist of [See Promo Page for Detailed Description of the Prize]. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $[TBD]. No cash equivalent or alternative prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

8. Release & Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections.

9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in The Woodlands, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Texas.
